Из положительного - чётко отслеживают наличие денег на счету. До секунды. А вот когда исчезает интернет и на указанных в контактах организации телефонах идёт сброс после первого же гудка - куда девается педантичность, порядочнось, профессионализм прочая фигня, которй онт так годятся и впаривают своим клиентам. И ещё о точности. Сколько бы не было доступа к интернету по их вине - отслеживание денег точно по договору. До секунды.

Виктор, добрый день! Приносим свои извинения за возникшую ситуацию. Накануне была авария на сети: в результате не были доступны телефон горячей линии и сайт компании. Всем абонентам была предоставлена компенсация за возникшие неудобства. Следить за балансом можно в приложении "ВЛ-телеком" или в личном кабинете. Там же можно подключить "автоплатеж" или доверительный платеж.

С данным провайдеро м с 2009 года и все устраивало,даже повышение цен за тариф.В период самоизоляции,когда вся работа построена через домашний интернет,стало ясно,что провайдер не справляется.мало того,что загружаются страницы долго,так еще сегодня уже полдня он не работает и неизвестно когда заработает. Это уже не первый раз.На все номера в техподдержку идет гудок и сброс, на сайт компании не заходит. Возмещение расходов от не работающего интернета я конечно не жду,но вывод один: искать нового провайдера. Раньше не было альтернативы,надеюсь за 11 лет,что-то поменялось.

Добрый день! От лица компании приносим свои извинения.Была авария на сети не по нашей вине. Причастны третьи лица, проводится расследование правоохранительных органов. Всем абонентам предоставили компенсацию - 1 месяц интернета бесплатно.
