Ассортимент избит, ничего новенького. Качество тоже, на мой взгляд, спорно.

Здравствуйте! Приносим искренние извинения за то, что в этот раз разочаровали Вас. Продажа просроченной продукции - грубейшее нарушение правил торговли. Сообщим управляющей о произошедшем. Только напишите, пожалуйста, № карты магазина. Что касается системы проверки продукции, то у нас во время инвентаризации проверяется вся продукция лично продавцами и старшим продавцом. Кроме того, есть и специальная программное обеспечение, которое напоминает о продукции, срок годности которой заканчивается. Выясним, почему в этот раз отлаженная работа в магазине нарушилась. Будем разбираться в ситуации, почему такой продукт не был списан вовремя. Проведем беседу с продавцами, попросим еще тщательней следить за продукцией с подходящим сроком годности. Уверены, что такого больше не повторится, а мы, как и раньше, будет радовать Вас только свежей, натуральной продукцией. Стоимость за продукт компенсируем бонусами.
