Магазин дорогой,очень тесно в залах и удивительно то,что все время ходят за тобой,следят!Неужели в этой щатычке так много воруют,что надо ставить человека в молочный зал?!

Валентина, добрый день. Мы связались с магазином по вашему обращению и получили следующий ответ, спешим поделиться: "Здравствуйте. Магазин у нас просторный - два зала. Контролер зала в магазине выполняет свою работу - следит за порядком. Он соблюдает дистанцию, к покупателям близко не подходит. Всегда готов оказать помощь и подсказать. С уважением, старший продавец."

Отсутствуют кассы самообслуживания с купюроприёмниками. Также нет весов для самостоятельного взвешивания овощей и фруктов. Из-за этого в приложении ВВ не сканируются штрихкоды, поскольку на кассу их передать нельзя. Поэтому приходится всё покупать через продавцов. Мигранты-рабочие в торговом зале убивают всё впечатление.

Здравствуйте, Алексей! Ваше замечание по техническим моментам уже передано специалистам. Что же касается персонала - у ВкусВилл нет предрассудков, и все наши сотрудники - трудолюбивые люди, готовые прийти на помощь покупателям, мы уверены, эти качества точно не зависят от национальности;)

Большой выбор «натуральных» продуктов, подойдёт тем, кто на правильном питании. Есть программа лояльности, но ценник высоковатый.
