Уважаемое руководство! Обратите пожалуйста внимание на магазин у метро Марьино, рядом с «Марьинским пассажем». ВкуссВилл одна из любимых сетей, но конкретно этот магазин просто ужасный. Там постоянно очень грязно, всегда (как минимум до обеда точно всегда) раскиданы коробки по полу настолько, что невозможно пройти- такое ощущение, что там постоянно, ежеминутно разбирают товар. Персонала у кассы никогда нет, если будешь демонстративно стоять и ждать- из дальнего угла крикнут, чтобы воспользовались кассой самообслуживания. Про элементарное «здравствуйте», «пожалуйста» тут и не слышали. Ну совсем не уровень ВкуссВилла. Раньше жила у метро Академическая- и магазин там просто образцовый, и в плане порядка, и в плане персонала. Есть с чем сравнить. Примите меры пожалуйста
