Часто ходим в этот магазин и сегодня забыли сумки с ценными вещами - сотрудники все сохранили, попытались сами связаться с нами, но сделать это сразу не смогли, так как при оплате мы не воспользовались картой вкусвилл. Чуть позже мы позвонили в магазин, где нам ответили что вещи в сохранности и ждут нас. Большое спасибо!

Уважаемый менеджмент! Научите ваших сотрудников слышать слово НЕТ! Если я не хочу на кассу самообслуживания, не надо мне рассказывать как это здорово и быстро. Мне плевать очередь у неё или не очередь, я хочу чтобы товар мне пробил специально обученый человек, а не ковыряться самому со штрихкодами.

Мы очень грустим, когда получаем такие сообщения от гостей=( Ведь мы позиционируем, что сервис для нас всегда очень важен. Поэтому мы данный случай разберем с сотрудниками, которые не смогли вежливо и по стандартам обслужить. Приносим извинения за то, что так огорчили!
