Персонал очень дружелюбный. Всегда помогут положить продукты в пакет и помогут во всем остальном. Подробно и понятно все объясняют. За персонал твёрдая 5. Насчет ассортимента : не всегда есть все продукты, скудный выбор по сравнению с остальными магазинами сети, пару раз товар был по сроку годности в норме, но по ощущениям что уже испорчен.

Спасибо вам, что оценили дружелюбность сервиса, нам важно, чтобы вы уходили от нас с улыбкой. Так как магазин мини-формата, ассортимент у него, действительно, ограничен, но вы всегда можете воспользоваться нашей услугой "Закажи и забери", которая позволяет заказать продукт, которого нет в наличии, в конкретный магазин. Через приложение или напрямую через продавца - как вам удобно :) В случаях, когда продукт по какой-либо причине вас не устраивает, вы можете вернуть его обратно в магазин, где стоимость покупки вам компенсируют. Достаточно упаковки и хотя бы части продукта. Надеемся, больше вас не разочаруем.
