В целом, неплохая сеть магазинов. Можно найти вкусные и полезные натуральные продукты. Но в отдельных магазинах персонал крайне неуважительно относится к клиентам. Например, в магазине на улице Руднева не очень приятно находиться из-за некультурного поведения сотрудников магазина, которые могут подолгу рассматривать покупателей (обычно женщин), демонстративно кашлять в их сторону и вообще вести себя очень странно с точки зрения воспитанного человека. Кроме того, не здороваются с покупателями при оплате товара, или говорят очень тихо, так что ничего не поймешь. Работают очень медленно, не обращают внимание на клиентов, пришедших на кассу, занимаясь при этом чем-то другим! Просим провести проверку и обучить персонал, как нужно вести себя и работать с клиентами! Научите их стандартам работы и хотя бы элементарным правилам приличия и вежливости, и чтобы работали побыстрее. – показать
