Все магазины вкусвилла отличные, и персонал очень приятный, и этот тоже на высоте, но вход к нему мимо лавки специй где часто неопрятный какой-то сидит, в санлалях на босу ногу, ковыряясь в зубах зубочисткой и колбасный магазин со своими ароматами, короче, всегда неприятно мимо прлходить чтоб зайти в вкусвил, может выкупите весь этот пятачрк?

Добрый день! Этой зимой Ваш магазин очень выручал в плане покупок рядом с домом, так как с ужасную и противную погоду не хочется куда-то далеко тащиться. За это хочу выразить благодарность, т.к. раньше я как-то не особо заглядывала к Вам, а в итоге открыла очень хороший ассортимент и качественные вкусные продукты. Увы, сегодня меняю оценку к сожалению и для себя самой. После работы заехала к Вам как обычно, пробила все товары и начала упаковывать (касса самообслуживания). К слову, я настолько часто сюда захожу, что многих сотрудников знаю в лицо и уже здороваюсь постоянно, всегда все было чудесно. К моему удивлению, одной из сотрудниц в этот раз явно недоставало клиентоориентированности. Когда я стала брать пакеты, она спросила, пробивала ли я их. Ответила ей нормально. В ответ на что мне предложили показать чек. К слову, в этот промежуток времени еще человек пять проходило, но почему-то прикопаться захотелось именно ко мне. С чего? Я сюда через день захаживаю. Похожа на воровку? Когда уходила, этот же кассир попросила спросила, не хочу ли я все-таки показать чек. Я отказала, в ответ на что - внимание! - мне пригрозили, что больше сюда я не войду)))) К сожалению, не могу назвать фамилию кассира. Не смотрела на бейдж от шока. Могу сказать детали покупки - 5 апреля, на сумму 485, 78. Время 20.31. Давайте жить дружно))) UPD. Исправляю звездочки. Единичный случай, тьфу-тьфу, остался единичным. Остальные сотрудники очень вежливы и всегда помогут, пакеты, если закончились, по одному вопросительному взгляду на кассы самообслуживания сразу выкладывают. Успехов!
