Последнее время в магазин не привозят свежую молочную продукцию, детские кефиры 3 -4 дневной давности, апельсины сморщенные, свекла размером с куриное яйцо. На вопрос продавцов о причине отсутствия поставок свежей продукции получила ответ в грубой форме. С учетом того, что магазин находиться в шаговой доступности от моего дома, а условия самоизоляции не позволяют мне доехать до других магазинов, вынужденна ходить в этот магазин. Прошу руководство разобраться со сложившейся ситуацией.

Возле метро Красносельская рядом с домом открылся магазин любой сети ВкусВилл, и все бы хорошо: ассортимент, качество, цены адекватные. Что не понравилось, 11.05.2019 года мои родители интеллигентные, пожилые люди, преподаватели пошли за покупками на кассе дама заявила, чтобы мой отец купил себе телефон с экраном побольше так как она не видит, что написано. Пожилой человек при просьбе предьявить карту назвал номер телефона. И хотел показать код скидки. Что-то за вопиющая беспардонность, серви с? К сожалению, родители так разволновались, что фио гражданки не запомнили. До того, как родители произвели покупку она была недовольно, что предыдущий покупатель попросил бесплатный пакет и пробила ему платный за который он, разумеется, отказался платить. Просьба просмотреть видео запись за этот день и провести работу с сотрудником. – показать
