Можно еще медленней делать заказы ? ( я конечно понимаю, что все из-за экономии на персонале и оборудования . Но нужно помнить правило, что привлечения нового клиента всегда обходиться дороже, чем ваш прежний клиент вернется к Вам снова и порекомендует друзьям.

В десерте попался волос, подошла к администратору, она без каких бы то ни было прериканий предложила заменить или вернуть деньги. Очень отзывчивый персонал, чистое помещение

Всё в общем вкусно, качественный кофе из автоматической кофемашины и выбор начинок тоже неплохой. Но побольше бы чистоты в их заведениях. Столики долго грязными стоят и убирают их не очень тщательно.

Очень люблю сеть вкуснолюбов в принципе и особенно их кафе достаточно нового формата. Можно недорого и сытно покушать, разнообразие блюд и достаточно уютные помещения Вот и в эту точку заходила несколько раз и готовила уже хвалебный отзыв, пока вчера не увидела, как готовили мой чай и за это только 3 балла😐 Поздно вечером у них осталось 2 работник - 1 повар на блинах и девушка за кассой. Так вот, оказывается, что напитки готовит кассир 1) это неудобно и долго, её все время отвлекают за кассу и напиток можно ждать дольше, чем еду 2) из-за дёрганий туда-сюда у кассира не всегда есть время помыть руки. И да, большую часть она берет щипцами, но пакетик чая-руками, розмарин нарывает на кусочки-тоже руками. Вчера меня успокоило только то, что заливают все это кипятком (хоть какая-то дезинфекция) Короче - вкуснолюбов, люблю я вас, не надо так, не экономьте на сотрудниках. Очень не хочется отправиться у вас и разочароваться
