Сделали заказ 13.03 2021 через яндекс.яда номер заказа 056 237288, доставка из щелково 100. По факту привезли не правильное вложение вместо шримс роллов привезли цезарь ролл. Позвонили в макдоналдс по контактному телефону. Никто не хочет разбираться. По горячей линии футболят к яндекс.еда. Оператор даже разговаривать не хочет. Хотя это полностью ошибка макдональдс, потому что курьеру дают запечатаный пакет. И курьер не имеет возможности проверить состав заказа. Макдональд свою ошибку не признает и клиента футболит. И это много говорит о желании услышать клиента. Яндекс.еда издевается над клиентом. Мало того что там нет телефона, так еще требуют фото роллов не только в упаковке, но и в распечатанном виде. Но есть клиент хочет прямо сейчас, а не потом, когда все признают свою ошибку

Самый ужасный макдональдс особенно менеджер Евгения Свищева, не знаю откуда набирают таких сотрудников, грубиянка не то слово!!! Надеюсь примут меры!!!

Работают там два менеджера Диана и Дарья это просто ужас грубейщее отношение к клиентам заказал еду ждал 25 минут на вопрос почему долго они ответили не хватает персонала хотя на момент заказа их там было человек 15 не меньше и отдали заказ с таким лицом как будто я у них в долг взял видно что работают чисто чтобы пролетело время больше не ногой туда ...

Все отлично , вкусно, горячо, иногда доставку на дом выполняешь, и заказ не докладывают, приходиться звонить и ругаться с менеджером.
