Отпало желание идти в этот салон после разговора с администратором. Позвонила в салон хотела записаться к косметологу, но для начала пришлось выяснить куда я вообще позвонила, тк администратор не представилась. Можно было хотя бы сказать "добрый день, салон красоты, слушаю", например. Далее с тяжелым вздохом меня попросили подождать, что бы посмотреть когда есть места у косметолога. Ответ: специалист работает завтра. Какой специалист? Как зовут специалста? На какое время есть места? Всю эту информацию нужно было вытягивать из девушки на телефоне и это уже настораживает...

Доброго времени суток. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что именно вызвало у Вас такое состояние, после которого Вы написали нам отзыв? Чтобы исправить возникшую ситуацию, нам надо понять смысл проблемы. Опишите ее конкретно, тогда нам будет легче разобраться с поведением администратора. Заранее спасибо .

Всё очень плохо. 90-е в худшем смысле. Хамство администратора, невозможно расплачиваться картой.

Люди! Меняйте срочно девочку на телефоне. Она абсолютно общаться не умеет. Неприятный голос, какой-то вечно недовольный, раздраженный тон. Вот ее фразы: «не сможем вам сделать красиво», «девушка» (словом «девушка» обоащаются только на рынке), »,давайте вы уже…».
