Благодарим за вашу работу. Но. Оформляли визу в Австрию. Да, отвечали на все вопросы, но потом оказалось, что данное агенство не компетентно в информировании о своих же услугах. Сказали, что спонсором для визы может быть только человек семьи по первой линии. Хотя везде давно, может быть любой человек. Заполнили старые анкеты и в визовом центре мы потратили время на переписывание других «новых» анкет. Деньги за анкеты вернулись, но время, кто вернёт время? Мы специально обратились и отдали за пакет документов, чтобы как можно быстрее разобраться с данным вопросом. Половина переведённых документов, не понадобились. У нас их, просто убирали, мы их выкидывали получается. На вопрос «зачем столько было переводить тогда?» ответ: «чтобы вы быстрее получили визы, чем 14 дней». Хотя Виза рассматривается 9 рабочих дней, с входными 11 дней. Так и было, через ровно 9 дней, пришла смс, что виза готова. Вообщем было ещё пару нюансов, но думаю достаточно. На наши вопросы, почему так произошло, сотрудник центра отвечал непрофессионально.

на выходных пришла за оформлением визы, написано что перерыв, звоню-сотрудница оказывается дома сидит, посиживает! Обновите информацию на сайте по режиму работы!!!Возмутительно
