За свою жизнь пережил 5 ремонтов, но такого беспредела как в viva comfort нет ни в одной компании. На своём сайте дают недостоверную информацию. Говорить и обещать работники этой конторы умеют, а вот работать - нет. Капитальный ремонт квартиры 50 кв. м. выставили смету за работы 650 тыс. руб.! Никакого четырехступенчатого контроля качества работ нет и в помине. Даже прораб не следит за качеством работ, сроками, не способен организовать работу. В результате, переделывали свою работу по два-три раза. Пришлось мне самому выполнять работу прораба и ходить с рулеткой и с уровнем. Отдел "по контролю качества" звонят еженедельно - пустые звонки. Их, по большому счету, не интересует наше мнение о качестве, т. к. никакие действия не предпринимаются. Волнует их только № квитанции и оплаченная сумма. Из чего сделал вывод, что таким образом руководство контролирует своих прорабов, чтобы деньги дошли до офиса. Квалифицированных, грамотных мастеров с руками и головой у них нет. Никто не за что не отвечает. Мелькание лиц бесконечное, один начинает, не заканчивает, его сдергивают на другой объект. После простоя в несколько дней, приходит другой... И это бесконечно... и каждый косячит. Все врут. Мастер говорит "меня перебросил нач. участка". Нач. участка- "я никого не перебрасывал". В результате ремонт стоит. Сами работники говорят, что в такой неразберихе работать невозможно, что в ремонт экспресс каждый второй объект с проблемами как у нас и еще хуже

Делали ремонт под ключ в новостройке, всё сделали в срок. Спасибо Мастеру Виктору во многом на помог. Качеством ремонта остались довольны. Рекомендую.
