Сдавали на платный ремонт мясорубку Vitek, которой около 6-7 лет, прослужила кстати говоря неплохой срок. Но всему есть предел и "скончался" двигатель. Отдали в авторизованный сервисный центр на ул.Кравченко 10, в квитанции указано, что ремонт производится в течении 45 суток, пишу я по прошествии 60 суток. Дело не в том, что прошло 60 суток и нам никто не позвонил, а в отношении конкретного сотрудника компании Vitek. Не смог в очередной раз дозвониться по телефону в АСЦ, поэтому позвонил на горячую линию в компанию Vitek, взяла трубку девушка и соединила с руководителем сервисного центра (с ее слов), по имени Андрей, мы с ним на связи провели около 15-20 мин., он по своей базе попытался посмотреть мой заказ и спустя время нашел (поиск затянулся по причине не указания мной по телефону, что ремонт не гарантийный, а постгарантийный, платный). Андрей посмотрел, сказал, что срок действительно затянулся и что мотор сервисный центр еще не заказывал, а должен заказать и, что заказанный мотор поступит на следующей неделе ориентировочно, что в последствии подтвердили и в сервисном центре, после того как мне удалось дозвониться. Сказал, что если не удастся решить вопрос, чтобы я написал на почту с прикрепленной квитанцией и сутью проблемы и они сами постараются решить вопрос. Собственно данное письмо я хочу посвятить сотруднику из компании Vitek, который уделил мне время и помог просто тем, что выслушал и предложил помощь. Такие "Качественные" сотрудники, помогают не только потребителям, но и самой компании поддерживать статус. Успехов в поиске таких сотрудников и соответственно в процветании.
