Продают ж.д и авиа билеты , но не делают справки по стоимости. Странно.. или по телефону ответил не компетентный человек.

Добрый день. Заказать справку по стоимости перелета возможно только после покупки билета и после окончания поездки. Просто справки без приобретения билеты мы не оформляем. Просьба уточнить ваш вопрос более подробно, Вы приобрели билет в нашей компании и вам отказали, или только консультировались?

Консультировались. Справка необходима для предоставления на работу в бухгалтерию , для определения суммы необходимой для приобретения билетов. Поэтому сначала необходима справка- а потом уже высылают деньги в подотчёт. При Ваших условиях это сделать будет невозможно. Ну чтож, обратились в другие фирмы, там это без проблем - хоть и не бесплатно конечно.
