Работаю оператором в одной российской транспортной компании. Очень удобно работать со звонками через CRM: выбираю номер абонента и просто нажимаю энтер и все. Очень удобно при работе с большим количеством звонков. За пару лет с 1атс ощутил все преимущества облачной АТС. До этого работал в другой компании с обычными телефонами, поэтому сравнить есть с чем.

Была ситуация, когда наша компания решила менять провайдера. Связано было это с тем, что плохо работала интеграция с одной из CRM. Но, как потом выяснил наш программист, проблема была в самой CRM (поддержка продукта была остановлена самим производителем софта, и он стал работать некорректно). Других проблем за 10 лет сотрудничества, по крайней мере, которые остались не решенными, не возникало.
