Добрый День! Я конечно в шоке, от отзывов, начиталась и стала бояться, а зря. Очень приличный салон, кресла и оборудование новое, мастера радушные, администратор очень приятная и милая, никаких претензий. Я пошла по купону от Biglion, выбрала SPA- маникюр+педикюр, мастер Хатиджа сделала все просто шикарно, я безумно довольна, выбрала цвета из доп. палитры (невеста самурая и брызги шампанского), поверьте оно того стоит. Всем приятного маникюра и педикюра

Мало того,что я сидел и ждал пока поест мадам. Так она ещё и подстригла не как просили. Хотя делов то надо было ,сбрить бока и все. И за это 600 рублей ?!

Не знаю, как насчёт хамства, но я прихожу туда, чтобы сделать депиляцию (20минут и ты гладкая да сладкая))), маникюр (быстро), педикюр (тщательно). ОЧЕНЬ приятные цены. Я сначала не поверила, когда озвучили сумму. Потом решила, что могу ходить туда в 2 раза чаще))) Самое важное для меня - это то, что когда я прихожу в салон без записи, администратор каждый раз умудряется всё разрулить. И никто даже косо не посмотрит. (Вообще странно такие вещи упоминать о сфере услуг). В других салонах зайти без записи в салон просто невозможно. Обхамят и выгонят. А один раз администратор всё-таки решил принять меня, но не справился, получилась накладка, пришёл клиент по записи, а мы ещё не закончили. Было ужасно. Админ не знал о длительности процедуры и вообще, видимо, приходил туда кофе попить да трубку поднимать. Часто салоны стоят пустые. Здесь же постоянный поток клиентов, мастера работают полный рабочий день. А администратор умная, находчивая и опытная женщина. Умеет всё правильно организовать. Я со всеми своими тараканами себя прекрасно чувствую там. Спасибо.
