Хороший персонал, чистенько, есть завтраки. Для семьи с детьми (моим было 4и 6) отличный вариант в этом городе! Были в ноябре 2018г. Единственное что не понравилось это запах в номере. Так и не поняла чем пахнет то ли освежитель такой, то ли старостью. Но это мелочи)

Уважаемые сотрудники гостиницы большое спасибо,что отреагировали на мой прошлый отзыв,вновь уточнили проблемы.На этот раз рад что меня услышали.Теперь в номере всегда есть бутылочка чистой воды.Дело разумеется не в воде,я не в коем случае не хотел обидеть персонал.Просто очень бы хотелось чтобы было стремление руководства гостиницы к улучшению уровня сервиса.Нерешенными остаются вопросы стирки,завтраков и еще пары недочетов.Но негативный отзыв удаляю.Я думаю вы на этом не остановитесь.Большое спасибо.
