На 8 марта привезли жухлые тюльпаны. Когда попросил заменить, ответили, что всё норм, не видят проблемы.

Ярослав, здравствуйте! Мы очень удивлены и огорчены Вашим отзывом. Прежде всего, хотим заметить, что все цветы перед 8 марта были свежей поставки и мы всегда тщательно следим за качеством букетов, которые доставляем нашим клиентам. Когда случаются ошибки и букет не соответсвует качеству (а для нас это не норма и большая редкость, чему свидетельство большое количество положительных отзывов клиентов), мы всегда делаем замену букета за наш счёт. Но в Вашем случае ситуация иная - Вы прислали фото полученного букета, утверждая, что тюльпаны жухлые, в то время как на фото отчётливо видно, что тюльпаны хорошие и нет даже намёка на несвежесть, поэтому мы в недоумении, в чем именно проблема. Также возникает вопрос - почему Вы приняли букет у курьера , если цветы по Вашему мнению были несвежими. Нам очень жаль из-за возникшего недоразумения, так как мы дорожим нашими клиентами и всегда стараемся, чтобы Вы были довольны.
