Это действительно самая ужасная типография, которая только существует! Сотрудники вовсе не хотят исполнять свои обязательства перед клиентами. Первое что отметил, это постоянное отсутствие печатного материала, он у них всегда под заказ, т.е. нужно постоянно ожидать материалы под печать, после ждать саму печать, и только спустя продолжительный период времени будет известно готова заказная продукция или нет. Второе, был пример на моей практике с данной типографией, требовалось узнать размер хенгера на дверную ручку входной двери, так вот звонок с моей стороны был в 10-00 утра по местному времени, сотрудница подняла трубку, и дала ответ что размеры будут известны после 12-00, но как понятно было звонка от типографии не поступило, решил сам им перезвонить в 17-00, и на что мне ответили, что завтра будет информация. Решил на следующий день посетить их офис. И сотрудница в течение одного часа не могла найти на компьютере файл размерного ряда дверного хенгера. За это время поиска, пришла девушка, которой на свадьбу нужны были пригласительные, на что ей отказали. Просто стоит понять, что данная типография отказывается получать прибыль и расти, и тем самым это сказывается на обычных заказчиках вроде нас с Вами. Третье, у них большие проблемы с поведением и приветствием для своих клиентов. В общем уровень обслуживания на низком уровне. С моей стороны совет, хотите сделать хорошую полиграфическую продукцию поищите другой вариант типографии. Потому что, нервы потраченные при работе с данной типографией Вы не восстановите.
