Отвратительное отношение!!!! Испортили день рождения!!! С утра позвонила чтоб отложили тортик ребёнку на праздник! Через несколько часов подъехали торта нет! Менеджер отказывается что откладывали! Стыдно должно быть!!! Если уж продали признайтесь и извинитесь, а не нагло врите!!! Позор вашей компании!!!

Уважаемый покупатель. При нашем разговоре была очень плохая связь, из-за чего мы могли не понять друг друга. По правилам торговли скоропортящиеся продукты как торты мы не бронируем. Торты мы оставляем только по предварительному заказу, условия заказа прописаны на нашем сайте. В случае если заказ не был оформлен торты мы реализуем только по приходу покупателей на торговых точках. Приносим свои извинения за неудобство.
