24.08.08 пытались обмануть на 10 ты во время возврата наличных денежных средств. Когда я потребовала ЧЕК, тк помнила сумму, мне сказали , ЧТО ЕГО УНИЧТОЖИЛИ!!)) Цирк, мерзко, хамство,НИКАКИХ извинений и тд. Деньги добавили по факту, изрядно нервы потрепав..Именно руководство! Продавцы там отличные.

Удобно расположен, на дублере Рублевского шоссе. Пробок нет, подъезд свободен. Цены высоковаты, качество хорошее, ассортимент большой.

Отвратительный сервис. В пустом магазине продавцы изначально не планируют искать вещи, которые на сайте заявлены "в наличии". Аргумент: они на складе. Пришлось несколько раз попросить, чтобы в итоге тебе вынесли не то. Крайне неприятный опыт. Думала, что такой "сервис" исчез вместе со столовыми в СССР, но нет, все на месте.

Добрый день.Пишу этот отзыв для администрации данной сети. Поменяйте персонал, или проведите с ними Обучение. Не жалейте денег))))) это Ваша же прибыль и Ваша зарплата, если она зависит от бонусов. Давно не видела таких бездарных и безликих не улыбающихся девушек откровенно злых))) одна с неухоженный головой все в одолжение, вторая на кассе вообще ни разу даже не улыбнулась ни спасибо, ни досвидания. Такого хамства давно не встречала. Да я зашла в первые в Ваш магазин могла конечно не 500 $оставить, а больше)) но, как то расхотелось. Прям мрачный осадок после посещения))))…Видать посты админ не читает))) все о той же кассирше))) очень много негативной информации – показать
