Не так давно решили закать кухню Виктория в компании Торос. И были приятно удивлены. Качество и быстрая сборка,что ещё для счастья надо). Девочки дизайнеры, такие умнички,помогли нам с конфигурацией,да и в целом терпиливо находили ответы на все наши вопросы.

Отвратительная фабрика. Заказали кухню в mf-viktoria.ru. Заключили договор, внесли предоплату 50 % и ждали готовности кухни. Позвонили с фабрики даже раньше оговоренного срока и сообщили о готовности кухни и дате доставки. Привезли кухню частично в разобранном виде, соответственно проверить наименование и комплектность было невозможно. В акте доставки указали, что кухня получена без осмотра, без проверки комплектации и без вскрытия упаковки. Когда приехали сборщики кухни - началось самое интересное,а именно: отсутствовали 2 проставки и 2 фасада. Дозвонились до старшего менеджера, которая сказала, что "Фасады заказаны и через 2 недели они приедут из Италии". Через две недели тот же менеджер сообщила, что оказывается фасады не заказаны и сообщила о новом сроке - начало марта!!! Кухня была заказана в начале января!!! Проставки,кстати до настоящего времени тоже никто не установил. Жалко, что при выборе фабрики мы не нашли ни одного отзыва о мебельной фабрике "Виктория" в Реутове.

Я заказывал кухню Инфинити в этом салоне. Менеджер с полуслова понимала наши желания и сложности, и без проблем с учетом всего этого сделала нам проект, который нам очень понравился. Понравилась и ценовая политика компании. Несмотря на то, что сроки изготовления немного сместились, профессиональные действия сотрудницы фабрики (не запомнил имени) не дали повода для раздражения и недовольства.
