Вчера с мужем были в Виктории на Севастопольском. Не рекомендую пользоваться кассами самообслуживания, сплошной обман. Товары которые были со скидкой для владельцев карты «Виктория», на кассах самообслуживания скидку не пробивают. Пришлось потратить лишних 25 минут, чтобы работники магазина, пробили нам эту скидку (Сумма была приличная), потом пришлось писать заявление на возврат денежных средств на карту, 15 минут ждать пока снимут копию с этого заявления и отдадут нам. Перед нами два человека столкнулись с этой же проблемой, обращают внимание видимо те, кто берут дорогой товар со скидкой, а ведь многие могут и вообще не обратить внимания. – показать

Юлия, добрый день! Нам очень жаль, что Вы столкнулись с такой ситуацией. Подскажите, пожалуйста, ориентировочно время, когда с Вами произошла неприятная ситуация. Так как для нас важно незамедлительно разбираться в причинах таких ситуаций и оперативно их устранять, чтобы все клиенты были довольны качеством обслуживания.

Вчера приобрела селедку и икру. Даты нормальные. Дома открыла и ужаснулась!!! Все пропавшее!!! Не стала обратно ехать в магазин. Теперь буду знать, что эти продукты точно покупать не буду!
