Всегда считал магазин Викторию хорошим, И думаю,что так и будет дальше. Пожалуйста не продавайте сочники с плесенью. Я ими ребенка хотел накормить.Это конечно не трагедия,но ребенку 5,5 и я думаю это не полезно. Пожалуйста,наверно тяжело делать рентабельным бизнес,но если Вы будете так делать,продажи станут хуже. Удачи!

Сама сегодня 22/10/2018 г. столкнулась с тем, что взяла кофе Жардин со скидкой 50% за 500 рублей (полная стоимость почти 1 тысяча). Весь кофейный отдел был увешан надписями про эти скидки. Время было 16.30. Пробила в кассе самообслуживания. Скидки не обнаружила. Оказывается это было до вчерашнего дня. А сегодня они просто не убрали. Если бы я пробила в кассе с кассиром, то деньги вернули бы тут же на карту, а так пришлось писать заявление на возврат, хорошо, что паспортные данные есть с собой. П отом девушка, которой не хотелось делать копии, предложила мне сфотографировать на телефон заявление и чек. Я настояла на копии. Сказали, что деньги вернут в течении 10 дней. Я позвонила на горячую линию магазина и там сказали, что меня ввели в заблуждение и деньги вернут в течении 30 дней. Я в шоке. В этом магазине постоянно цены не соответствую на товаре и в кассе и очень часто не убираю старые скидки. Ходитиь в этот магазин просто не хочется. Устала уже оформлять возвраты. – показать
