УЖАСНОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ Ресторан 7я (семья) - не самые низкие цены, при этом ужаснейшая работа и официантов и кухни. Сначала к нам долго не подходили принять заказ при неполной посадке, мы ровно 11 раз нажимали на кнопку вызова официанта. Официант, записав заказ, подходил и несколько раз переспрашивал его. В итоге просили черный хлеб, а принесли белый, и то чёрствый. Я заказала салат с лососем, один из самых дорогих в меню, и в него забыли добавить лосось. Пришли сюда только потому, что другие хорошие кафе сегодня закрыты.

Отель испортился Заметно ухудшился сервис, равно как и кухня опустилась на дно. Есть невозможно. Невкусно. Скудно. Официанты и повара нерасторопны. Ещё год назад, работники старались. Сейчас же- совдепия со стандартным набором каш и сухого хлеба на завтрак. Редко когда бывает шведский стол. На завтрак, ничего кроме стандартного набора углеводов - не заказать, так как повара либо нет, либо он «жутко занят». Меню и качество «ресторана» так же заметно испортилось. Видимо, сменили поваров, либо тех, кто отвечал за кухню
