Действительно классные и небанальные тренажеры. Мне не надоели до сих пор, а я занимаюсь уже достаточно давно. Что касается эффекта. Могу сказать, что улучшилась способность концентрироваться. Я работаю в опен-спейсе и мне это очень важно. Перестала хотеть переубивать половину болтливых коллег вокруг)))

Прошла их тест на профориентацию, тк работа в последнее время не радует, а куда еще податься я не знаю. Вариант, который выдал мне тест, мне понравился, я всегда мечтала стать фотографом, Теперь прохожу спецкурсы по фотографии и дополнительно тренирую навыки внимания и памяти, которые мне тоже пригодятся!

Хорошая штука, мне нравится. 15 минут в день и становишься умнее, причем первые несколько дней действительно было очень трудно, прям мозги скрипели. Сейчас тренажеры даются легче, но и я лучше концентрируюсь и быстрее реагирую.
