Сегодня забирал мотоцикл после зимнего хранения. Отдали со спущенным передним колесом - хорошо заметил довольно быстро. Сам не проверил, конечно, но визуально непонятно было - понял когда еле в поворот вписался, тк мото не наклоняется почти. Позвонил и попросил помочь - предложили вернуться, тк компрессора от прикуривателя нет, ручного насоса нет... Ну и сантиметр пыли почти на моте, но по сравнению с колесом - это фигня.

Добрый день Олег, справедливый отзыв. Вы видели, какой ажиотаж и кол-во клиентов было в момент забора Вами своего байка, мы посмотрели камеры видеонаблюдения того дня и не отрицаем факта того, что механик действительно не подкачал переднее колесо мотоцикла после зимней консервации. Он поставил АКБ, подкачал заднее колесо и потом его отвлекли клиенты со всяческими вопросами. Человеческий фактор имеет место быть. Мы дико извиняемся за содеянное и уверяем Вас, что подобного больше не повторится. Про сантиметровую пыль Вы конечно слукавили, но дорога у нас реально пыльная, об этом факте мы публиковали различные посты в интернете. Для каждого клиента, у нас предусмотрен купон на бесплатную мойку мотоцикла, который был торжественно вручён Вам в руки, а воспользовались Вы купоном или нет, дело Ваше. Да проблема с дорогой и пылью есть, и в данном случае, варианта два: или клиент понимает это и принимает, или как в Вашем случае- обида, отзыв и переживания. Берегите себя.
