Отвратительный оператор ответил на телефон по хамски. Спросив не обращались ли к вам с собакой Бигль. В ответ услышал. А с чего вдруг я должен вам говорить. У нас вчера сбила машинасобаку. И она убежала. И если к вам обратятся будте добры отзовитесь. 89586646491

Здравствуйте, уважаемая Виктория! Извините за причиненное неудобство! Администратор немного вас не понял. Дело в том, что мы сохраняем конфиденциальность обращения владельцев, мало ли кто звонит и для чего интересуется. Если бы вы сразу сказали, что собака пропала, то конечно администратор бы вам ответил. Надеемся на понимание. С уважением, администрация клиники!

Хочу написать вам благодарность в адрес ветеринара Павла. Моя собака Лещ(овчарка 4 года) заболел, лежал и не вставал. Вызвала Павла на дом, он посмотрел и предположил, что пироплазмоз, взял анализ крови, через час приехал и сказал, что диагноз подтвердился. Он сразу сделал пиростоп, а потом капельницу и еще несколько уколов. Прописал нам капельницу еще 3 дня, сам приезжал и капал. Все мне рассказал, звонил спрашивал как чувствует себя Лещ. Благодаря Павлу моя собака живу.Спасибо!
