14 июля я оформил заказ на Nikon D7000. Сотрудник Иван, перезвонивший мне впоследствии, предложил оплатить покупку в Альфа-Банке, мотивируя это быстрым прохождением денег и отсутствующей комиссией. И только в банке я узнал, что счет, на который следует перечислить кровные денежки, принадлежит не юридическому, а физическому лицу. Деньги же до Ивана дошли быстро. Он обещал отправить товар в тот же день, чего, увы, не случилось. Курьер Дмитрий сообщил номер отправления только на следующий день. Зайдя на страницу отслеживания посылок EMS, я был крайне удивлен: фотоаппарат шел наложенным платежом! Курьер попытался объяснить, что он "чего-то напутал, но сходил ещё раз на почту и теперь все должно быть хорошо". 19 июля товар прибыл. С наложенным платежом, чему Иван вроде как был удивлен. Сначала он предложил перевести мне деньги обратно, чтобы я выкупил фотоаппарат на своей стороне, однако чуть позже неожиданно передумал, решив побороться с EMS на этот счет. Попытки длились с 19 по 27 июля, и только когда я пригрозил полицией, Дмитрий вернул деньги мне на карту. Конечно, только уплаченную мной сумму без комиссии EMS. После чего он несколько раз звонил и жалобно просил обязательно выкупить посылку, чем утомил неимоверно. И снова ОК – сердце у меня доброе, не отбирать же у бедных торгашей кусок хлеба? Товар получен. Естественно, серый, без гарантии. Вместо инструкции - кустарный буклет про D90 (я купил, напомню, D7000). Что печально - без европейской вилки питания (выкручивайся как хочешь - нам пофиг). Что обидно – с поддельным гарантийным талоном Nikon с несовпадающим серийным номером (я похож на клинического идиота?). И ещё был гарантийный талон от некого сервисного центра, в котором стояла печать… печально известного магазина Плеер.ру! Мораль: в Видеомаг больше ни ногой. Ибо низкая цена никак не может компенсировать затраты на звонки этим чудным ребятам, беготню по почте и потраченные нервы.
