Работали мы на разном оборудовании. В основном каплеструйном. Компания крупная, к марке какой-то одной никогда особо не привязывался. Руководство всегда хочет получить максимум за минимум вложений, а потом, когда что-то не так, виноват главный инженер. Последнее время экономия боком выходит. Чернила дорогие, чипованные, а вот качество не очень – смазывается – в итоге брак. А у нас пищевая продукция – шоу боксы со сладкими батончиками – сами понимаете. Подошел к вопросу выбора серьезно – решил подбирать что-то действительно качественное и дорогое – один раз заплатить и забыть. Остановился на лазере 3020 компании Видеоджет – 2 строки, 15 штук в минуту – никаких расходных материалов. Сделали образцы – достойно. Есть гарантия на оборудование, есть обучение, есть сервисное обслуживание. Мне, как главному инженеру, нужно чтобы вопросов по оборудованию было как можно меньше – и так вечный аврал и времени ни минуты! Оборудованием доволен. Теперь решаю вопросы не с маркираторами, у которых чернильный модуль опять вышел из строя, а со своей Нивой – в сервис могу съездить – опять шаровые опоры летят.
