В магазине No One заказала ботинки Fabi, цена которых около 20 000р, после 4 раз бережной эксплуатации обуви в автомобиле появились царапины из-за соприкосновения одной ноги с другой и на верхней стороне ботинка. Приобретая обувь с металлизированным покрытием, осознавала, что модель может быть капризной в носке, но не одноразовой. Экспертиза вынесла вердикт, что это я их механически повредила, и никого не волнует что покрытие царапается от легкого соприкосновения с чем-либо. Оператор сказала что со мной отказались разговаривать по поводу качества товара, ведь есть результаты экспертизы. Мнение клиента их не волнует! Сталкиваясь с некачественным товаром в ЦУМе или в LV никогда не было проблем с возвратом, но этот случай просто поразил меня.

Полный бардак!!!! Купила туфли 12.04.15 в магазине FAbi в ТЦ Капитолий! Оставила на профилактику, сказали будут готовы в течение 10 рабочих дней (ждите звонка). Прошло десять не ответа ни привета! Пришла в магазин! Искали искали мои туфли и нашли под столом, извините не отправили!!! Но это я еще вытерпила, все бывает!!!! Приходите 27.04.15 туфли будут готовы. Пришла 29.04.15, а моих туфлей опять нет. Потом через пол часа звонят мне из магазина и говорят Ваши туфли пришли, забирайте!!! Прихожу, а девушка говорит Ваших туфлей нет! Как нет мне пол часа назад звонили!!! Ждите курьера! В итоге перезваниваю на тот тел. А мне говорят Ваши туфли на м.Барикадная! Наверное не стоит уже их забирать эти туфли!!! Не судьба! Полный бардак! Наладьте работу! Марина.

Вчера продавцы Ballin в Атриуме подсунули уцененные туфли из мягкой кожи. Настолько мягкой, что, пройдясь до магазина, и я растянула их на 2 размера. Когда попыталась оформить возврат неносибельной вещи, получила отказ. Аргументы? Я должна была носить их дома (дома!).
