Клиника внешне очень приятная, есть зона ожидания , ресепшн, атмосфера доброжелательная ,также внутри всегда чисто ( к техническому персоналу претензий нет , отлично выполняют свою работу ) - на этом плюсы заканчиваются. Цены немного завышены, но ценовая политика - личное дело каждого. Девушка-администратор, если её можно так назвать, она же и ассистент врача и тех.персонал , который проводит уборку кабинета до и после прихода питомцев, встречает вас за порогом , докуривая сигарету с врачом на улице. Выполняя манипулицию в клинике не соблюдается ни одна мера асептики и антисептики(несмотря на то , что это ветеринарная клиника , асептика и антисептика здесь важны и нужны). Хочется особенно отметить , то что на дверях клиники висит убедительная просьба соблюдать все меры предосторожности по распространению COVID 19 (коронавируса) , но по всей видимости в клинике о них и не слышали, ибо ни врач , ни ассистент- администратор, придя с улицы , сняв ВЕРХНЮЮ одежду с ,так называемой, МЕДИЦИНСКОЙ , заполнив все данные в компьютере при мне даже не помыли руки, не говоря об использовании масок. Толкового объяснения диагноза я не получила (т.к. он не был поставлен, несмотря на то что у питомца была выявлена патология в другой клинике ), зато особое внимание врач уделяет совсем неважным, элементарным вещам. Надеюсь на улучшение качества обслуживания после моего отзыва.

Отвратительное отношение. Полнейшая безграмотность врачей. Максимум на что способны. Поставить прививку и то я бы не пошла. Ставлю единицу. Из плюсов, это оборудывание. Чуть не убили мою собаку, за мои же деньги.
