не первый раз обращаюсь в эту клинику за помощью.персонал всегда открытый, доброжелательный, образованный. даже ассистенты выполняют не только роль уборщика, но и грамотных помощников своим врачам.вчера попала на прием к короткостриженой даме. разговаривала грубо, на дополнительные вопросы не отвечала.кошку не взвесила, колола наобум. на просьбу объяснить, что за уколы, сказала, что «так надо».ставлю оценку «5» клинике, но в следующий раз перед приездом сюда буду уточнять, какой врач в с мене, чтобы не попасть к коновалихе. – показать

Их объявление о том,что все подкинутые животные будут подвергнуты усыплению,отбили приносить свою кошку к этим коновалам! Такое могут сделать только нелюди,не любящие животных,а делающие на них бизнес! Бежала от клиники,как от огня!

Уважаемая Оксана Мелешкина! В нашем объявлении написано прежде всего о том, что в клинике нет условий для содержания подброшенных животных. Довожу до Вашего сведения, что за последний месяц было подброшено 4 щенка и котенок!!! И ни одно животное не было усыплено!!!! Всех были отмыты, накормлены и пристроены!!! И не надо делать таких умозаключений о нашей любви к животным и бизнесе. А информация об усыплении для «сердобольных людей», которые перекладывают свою ответственность на нас!С уважением , Киселева Инна Алексеевна, директор клиники – показать
