етеринарная клиника «Феникс»- заплати и объясни, что делать🤦‍♀️ Недавно взяли собаку из приюта. Ещё там у неё были проблемы с задними лапами- странно ходит, тяжело на них опирается. Я не ветеринар, и ни в каких болезнях я не разбираюсь. Поэтому пошла к тому, кто разбирается. Знакомый ветеринар направил собаку на рентген в «Феникс», потому что больше в Дмитрове его сделать негде. Там заплатила за осмотр (!) и за рентген. Врач из «Феникса» посмотрела снимок и сказала: «да все хорошо, у собаки просто мышц нет, гуляйте побольше». Возвращаюсь к знакомому вет. врачу, он говорит, что по этому смазанному снимку ничего нельзя понять🤷‍♀️. Пришлось переделывать в Москве- собаке поставили дисплазию, как только увидели нормальный снимок. Сотрудники «Феникса», узнав о ситуации, попытались скинуть на меня свою халатность: «да вы неправильно объяснили врачу, что делать!». Ребята, кто из нас ветеринар?! #ВетклиникаФеникс

У меня убежала собака во время выгуливания. Зима, холод, ночь. Искал 2-е суток. Думал все «каюк». Наткнулся на объявление о находке моей собаки в клинике «Феникс». Помчался туда. Оказалось она под машину попала, лапу сломала, так ее уже прооперировали, накормили и в тепло положили; и это даже не рассчитывая на оплату за все это, ведь хозяина, то не было. Меня конечно тронуло все это. Отдельное спасибо за доброту и преданность профессии Илье Колмакову и Павлу Шкурманову.
