23.04 19 Обратились в клинику на Моршанской со своим котом,у которого с утра несколько раз была рвота и понос. При осмотре врачом Ключниковой Н. А. коту был поставлен предварительный диагноз кальцевироз (доктору показалось,что у кота покраснение дёсен). Не дожидаясь результатов анализов, коту была назначена в полном смысле,,убойная » доза медикаментов,после которой у него 3 часа шла пена изо рта и он был в состоянии сильного возбуждения до самой ночи. Мы были в шоке,так как коту после лечения в клинике стало намного хуже. Он перестал есть,пить и ходить в туалет! Хорошо,что мы обратились в другую клинику и нам отменили всю эту абсурдную схему лечения. Кстати,,диагноз кальцивироз так и не подтвердился. Будьте внимательны при выборе клиники и врача для вашего питомца. При попытке связаться с руководством клиники нам весьма в грубой форме сообщили,что контактов руководства у них нет. Так что, доверяя своих питомцев, вы никогда не сможете предъявить никаких претензий. – показать

Я довольна клиникой. Справедливости ради; лечила и стерилизовала своих питомцев в этой клиннике, всех успешно.Был случай (по моему мнению) ненадлежащего отношения к своим клиентам, о чем я написала в 2016 г. Мою собаку жалила оса, заползла в шерсть возле попы. Написала все по факту, но не обошлось и без эмоций. Сегодня попала в ту же смену. Что приятно, меня вспомнили))). Значит читают свои отзывы, а это радует. Лечу собачку. Ожидала негатив в свою сторону, но в этот раз все было очень професси онально, за что я действительно благодарна. Лечение у нас в процессе, я верю, что и в этот раз помогут. Отдельная благодарность вышеуказанной смене Базукиной Ю.Л. и Рябченкова О.В. – показать
