Сказать плохо или хорошо точно не могу всегда поразному,единственное деньги дерут очень большие за всё,за бинты,шприцы и.т.д.В этой клинике нет нормального элементарного оборудования не понятно за что деньги берут ,цены не соответствуют качеста клиники,Мы ездили в вет клинику "Белый Клык" в митино там конечно уровень на все 10 балов ,и понятно за ,что ты отдаёшь деньги.20.04.20 пошли делать прививку обычные вопросы про самочувствием ,сказала, что меняеться настроение, цена прививки 1500 сделали подходим к оплатить называют сумму 1650 ,говори это на каком основании, звонили спрашивали,говорят вам вкололи тавегил,я говорю извините зачем я не простла,дать супрастин я и дома могу бесплатно)))) ,нетприятная женщина( жегщина пьющая похожа вид соответствующий) на рецепшен на мое возмущение и естественно смену тона начала хамить тут подскочил главврач как она себя назвала Татьяна и что она " владелица " стали выгонять,я попросила жалобную книгу,ну естественно ответ был ожидаем,что ее нет( в любом учериждении тем более ООО частых они обязаны быть)

В клинику обратились с серьезной проблемой... Принимала нас Глазкова Дарья Васильевна и на протяжении двух недель вела лечение, но после как оказалось что у них якобы нет такого оборудования что нам необходимо. За эти две недели я потеряла деньги, животному стало хуже и в итоге размазнули руками и отправили в другую клинику...
