Достоинства: Врач который был на выезде более менее сгладил впечатление от клиники. Недостатки: Отвратительная работа операторов!!!! Подумаю десять раз прежде чем обращаться повторно.1) Оператор перепутал породу Фокстерьер и Йорк (совсем одно и то же)2) Не сообщил что в выбранную вакцину (Нобивак) не входит лепто, нам на месте об этом сообщил врач и предложил вакцину другого производителя (отказались, стоимость вакцинации не изменилась).3) Итоговая сумма озвученная оператором 2 500 руб. (300р выезд, 1200р вакцинация и 1000р осмотр) Итоговая сумма озвученная врачом: 2500 руб + 1100 руб/1км от МКАД (удаленность со слов врача 10км) СЕРЬЕЗНО???!!! Итого вакцинация собаки 13500 руб!!!!!На мое дикое возмущение и удивление врач сказал что это ошибка оператора и сумма будет вычтена из его зарплаты, взял 2 500 руб и уехал. Это было самое странное общение с ветеринарным центром в моей жизни. Комментарий: Комментарии излишни… – показать

Серьезно! «Врач который был на выезде более менее сгладил впечатление от клиники.» Какой благородный врач, решил не класть себе в карман 11000 руб., чтоб избежать скандала.

Прайс не соответсвует От слова совсем!Начала просматривать прайс и то что говорит и что написано (пример в прайсе выписка лечения,осмотр и выезд сумма 1900,по факту 3000 почему то насчитали! Ветеринар грубая больше говорит проездила!Ну в таком случае меняйте профессию и не обманывайте с ценами!
