Уже не в первый раз улетаю на отдых, покупая пакетный тур через данное туристическое агентство. Очень важно, что специалисты данной компании нацелены на нахождение решений, опираясь на Ваши предпочтения. К примеру, я спокойно в течение полугода мог писать менеджеру и уточнять по ценам на те или иные направления. Мне отвечали оперативно, вежливо и своевременно. Сравнивая с другими туристическими агентствами, могу сказать, что это проблема большинства турфирм – либо нежелание менеджеров эффективно работать, либо неуважительное отношение, либо просто желание быстро заработать. На практике убедился, что менеджеры компании "Ветер Странствий" способны подобрать качественно и быстро тур на любой кошелёк. Советую!

Спасибо! Мы старались. Одноместное размещение мужчин в Турции - это проблема. Три менеджера работали над этой заявкой и все-таки смогли подобрать подходящий во всех отношениях вариант. Спасибо, что Вы с нами.

Взяли здесь тур Казань-Пхукет на 12 дней. Всё очень понравилось. Во-первых, Галина нам всё подробно объяснила, рассказала, где лучше отдыхать, куда обязательно съездить, как общаться с местными жителями, что есть, какой вид транспорта использовать и многое другое. Во-вторых, очень понравилась доброжелательность и отзывчивость агенства. Вся информация поступала вовремя, на все вопросы всегда были подробные ответы. Ну и в-третьих, отдых очень удался, погода была отличная, море теплым, номер в отеле был чистым и уютным с прекрасным видом из окна, персонал в отеле оказался замечательным и приветливым. Всё очень понравилось. Будем обращаться к Галине ещё.
