Один звонок отбил желание обращаться в эту клинику. Хотела узнать, можно ли просто придти сдать анализ мочи кошке. Оказалось, анализы можно сдать только через прием врача, что странно. Голосом пожилой женщины кто-то откровенно хамил, кричал в трубку, не давая слово вставить.

Добрый день! к сожалению вышло недопонимание о котором вы в отзыве не пишите. Вы хотели сдать анализ мочи по льготной карте Шанс био . данную процедуру мы как контрагенты не предоставляем согласно положения и регламента клиники . Это и пыталась вам объяснить диспетчер по телефону . Никаких оскорблений в ваш адрес не звучало.
