Пользовалась услугами этой клиники несколько раз. Впечатление каждый раз хорошее. Обращалась с прививками, уколами и кастрацией котика. Каждый раз все проходила удачно, без осложнений. Врачи доброжелательные, спокойно отвечают на вопросы и к животным относятся с вниманием. Стабильно хорошее впечатление, поэтому решила написать отзыв.

Котенок Лева чихает. очень сильный кашель глаза слезятся в таком состоянии вести леву в клинику мы не захотели и вызвали врача на дом. Врач приехал очень быстро.осмотрел нашего Леву. Назначил лечение. Мы в точности выполняли все назначения. и Лева выздоровел. Спасибо Вам

Отношение ужасное к клиентам.Вызвала на дом, обещали приехать в течении часа.Звоню через полтора часа. Девушки трижды переключают меня на разные линии и наконец выдают, что машина не приедет. Потеряно драгоценное время.

По телефону называют одну цену, а потом, по истечении процедуры, совершенно другую. Так кастрация кота, вместо названных 3500+выезд на дом, мне обошлось 10000р. Меня не известили, что будут ещё какие дополнительные процедуры и препараты вводиться коту и согласна ли я на них. Так что сплошной обман и не соответствие!!!!! При этом я была так поражена, что не посмотрела в конце на договор (моя вина), где ветврач не оставил своей подписи, ни даты, просто бумажка с печатью Московская выездная ветерин арная служба и цена. Все больше ничего!!!! Когда начали звонить, у них резко появилась вторая линия и положили трубку!!!! Так что подумайте прежде обращаться, сплошной обман и вешанье лапши на уши!!!!! – показать
