УЖАС !!! обманули на 260000 руб. НЕ БЕРИТЕ ТУРЫ В ЭТОМ ТУРАГЕНТСТВЕ ИШМАЕВ РЕНАИЛЬ РЕНАТОВИЧ присвоил наши деньги и скрылся НИ ОТДЫХА НИ ОТПУСКА ПУСТЬ НАШИ ДЕНЬГИ ВЫЙДУТ ТЕБЕ И ТВОИМ ДЕТЯМ БОКОМ

К сожалению, никак не могу рекомендовать это турагенство. Девочки работают очень приветливые, общительные, но на деле получается ты им интересен только до момента подписания договора, после о тебе просто забывают. Летали в конце апреля в Тайланд. Изначально купили путёвку на 8 дней с вылетом из Уфы, но авиаперевозчик изменил дату обратного перелёта, из-за этого количество дней отдыха сократилось до 6, а сумма осталась прежней, нас это конечно не устроило. Самостоятельно нашли на сайте альтернативный вариант, но с вылетом уже из Москвы. При переоформлении договора, нас даже обрадовали тем, что в нашем отеле будет трехразовое питание, так называемый полный пансион. Всё ок, подписываем, оплачиваем и ждём нашу дату вылета. Перед вылетом присылают нам туристический ваучер, в котором уже указано, что питание у нас всё таки двух разовое (завтрак и ужин), на вопрос о том, что в договоре указано трехразовое, сказали, что ошибка, извините, но ничем помочь не можем. Ладно, деваться некуда. Далее также выясняется, что время вылета чартера из Москвы изменилось, нас также об этом заранее никто не оповестил. Неприятно, но вылет в Москву из Уфы у нас был с запасом, если бы купили билеты впритык, то были бы проблемы. Хорошо, улетели, отдохнули хорошо, отель соответствовал описанию в турагенстве. Время лететь обратно, начинаю бронировать билеты на рейс онлайн и узнаю, что билеты наши давно уже недействительны, так как наш чартерный рейс вылетает теперь из другого аэропорта, об этом также никто нас не предупредил. Ладно, пусть так, я в курсе, что чартерные рейсы имеют право менять время вылетов и аэропортов, но самое обидное, как выяснилось уже во время отдыха оказалось то, что мы могли всё таки улететь из Уфы напрямую, без пересадок в Москве в Тайланд, так как авиаперевозчик снова изменил дату возврата из Тайланда в Уфу и путевка составляла бы даже уже 10 дней, но увы, клиентоориентированность это не про турагенство география.
