Живу в Солнцево и мне было удобно добраться до данной компании. Машина с 2012 г выпуска и обслуживала ее у дилера, где покупала. Стоимость ремонта в разы меньше в VESPERVOLVO, а качество и отношение к клиенту не уступает стандартам VOLVO. Записали быстро, приняли в назначенное время, вернули отремонтированную в срок. Нареканий нет. Лично из своего опыта могу рекомендовать эту компанию друзьям. Далее буду обращаться только в VESPERVOLVO.

Впервые столкнулся обслуживая свой автомобиль с данной фирмой сделав у них Чип тюнинг и диагностику а/м. Месяц эксплуатации авто и вот созрел для отзыва. Обслуживанием остался очень доволен ,НО больше доволен результатом))))Что в первую очередь понравилось -индивидуальный подход!!!Сдав автомобиль в ремонт не приходится тратить время на очередь пока авто возьмут в работу ,оформят бумаги , загонят в ремонтную зону , все происходит единовременно в твоем присутствии , он-лайн.Занимаются только твоим авто , т.е мастер не прыгает от одного авто к другому и что САМОЕ на мой взгляд ВАЖНОЕ , в результате диагностики авто , тебе пальцем покажут непосредственно на авто ,вышедшую из строя деталь или рекомендуемую к замене и объяснят ,в чем причина ее замены. Не банальный развод на диагностике типа , а неплохо было бы поменять половину подвески и непременно у нас))))Параллельно пока ждал авто , предложили кофе , провели экскурсию по территории.В результате диагностики мне приговорили замену сайлентблоков передних рычагов(пальцем показам их надрыва на авто) .Абсолютно согласен с их заменой , а посему записался на ремонт к ним. Рекомендую данный сервис ВОЛЬВОВОДАМ любящим свои авто и ценящим индивидуальный подход , а не развод!!!!! Кстати ценник удивил. Прикинул примерно в 2,5 раза дешевле официалов.
