Обращалась неоднократно в эту типографию. Поначалу было сносно. Но потом качество выполнения каждого следующего заказа только хуже. Есть там такой менеджер, Дмитрий Криницин, который никогда не возьмёт ответственность за качество продукции, будет нудеть и говорить, почему не может сделать, но вы заплатите. Хамит, когда спрашиваешь, почему снова цветопередача другая- "снаряд дважды в одну воронку не попадает".

Уважаемая, Ирина Боровикова. Чтобы удовлетворить желания заказчика по цвету мы всегда готовы сделать бесплатную цветопробу. Но вы почему-то отказались от пробного отпечатка. Возможно вам было важнее выплеснуть ваши эмоции. Я терпеливо выслушивал ваши оскорбления по телефону и лично при выдаче заказа. Если бы не местные модераторы, то вы бы и здесь не стали себя сдерживать. Скорость и качество продукции - наш приоритет. И если что-то не устраивает, то мы всегда готовы на конструктивные решения вопроса. Но если вам нужно просто вылить негативные эмоции, то пожалуйста в следующий раз обратитесь в другое место.
