Улыбаются и кивают, пока не получат деньги. Вообще покупка штор в данном магазине преподало мне много уроков, теперь я в этом деле профи)) Лично никому не советую связываться с этой компанией) Руководитель находиться в Эмиратах и приедет только через пол года, так что решать возникшие вопросы вам предстоит с продавцом, которая не только внешне один в один похожа на цыганку, но еще и поведением и манерами!!! Швея, которой магазин отдал шить, мой не сложный заказ, не справилась с ним... Разные шторки получились разной длины, края штор короче чем середина. Попросил, что бы приехал дизайнер посмотрел и сделал отметки, что бы перешили правильно, сказали что у нее все занято и сможет только через полтора месяца и что бы я не переживал и жил так...типа как получилось, так получилось.. Нашел хорошую швею, которую привез домой и она иголочками отметила линию правильного подшива и удивлялась как так можно было сделать не качественно. Отвез им назад, свою вину категорически не признавали и не признали, подшили по иголкам и пока я не доплатил за перешивку их брака , не отдавали шторы!!! С такой наглостью я редко сталкиваюсь. Цена вопроса 1 тысяча рублей. Что интересно, переводил на карту "цыганке" эту тыщу, ПОТОМУ ЧТО ТЕРМИНАЛА В МАГАЗИНЕ НЕТ!!!, ей не приходила смс о переводе и она показала мне смс от номера 900, баланс на карте был более 300 тысящ))) Не было времени и желания тратить время и свою энергию на разборки, претензии Спасибо за уроки НЕ СОВЕТУЮ
