Покупал ватрушку в сложенном виде, 120 см диаметром, камеру положили внутрь 15 дюймов, в надутом состоянии по краям по 10-15 см пустого места, позвонил им, сказали что так и должно быть, менять отказались. Никому не рекомендую магазин.

Роман Владимирович, добрый день! По закону РФ Покупатель имеет право обменять товар в течение 14-ти дней, не считая дня его покупки (п.1 ст.25 Закона РФ от 07.02.1992 N 2300-1). Но при условии, что указанный товар не был в употреблении, сохранены его товарный вид, а также имеется товарный или кассовый чек подтверждающий оплату данного товара. Подобные вопросы не решаются по телефону. Для решения Вашего вопроса необходимо подойти в торговую точку, где был приобретен товар с чеком, заявлением и непосредственно товаром. Вполне возможно, что проблема решается качественной накачкой камеры, что мы можем сделать на нашем оборудовании. По телефону Вы не сообщили дату покупки товара, просим Вас уточнить, когда был приобретен товар?

Товар был приобрен прошлой весной, но впервые попытались использовать только в эти новогодние каникулы, чек потерян, я не собираюсь что-то требовать. Я уже обратился в другой магазин, где мою проблему легко решили, для камеры 15 дюймов мне подобрали новый чехол около 100 см, а для чехла 120 подобрали камеру 20 дюймов, теперь у меня две нормальные ватрушки. Если бы Ваш продавец не стал бы мне рассказывать, что все ок и я не умею надувать камеры, а предложил приехать в магазин и решить все мои проблемы, то эти деньги я потратил бы у вас. Учите своих работников правильно общаться с клиентами и продавайте качественный товар. Всего хорошего！

Хороший магазин велотоваров, но продавец на пару вопросов ответил/проконсультировал и больше общаться не захотел, сделал вид, что очень занят. :-/
