Решил купить сигареты, но не продали их, попросили документ, хоть мне старши 18 лет. Ещё простоял кассе очень долго как обычно куча народа и работает одна касса.

Добрый день, согласно ФЗ 15 от 23.02.2013г. если в отношении покупателя имеются сомнения в достижении им совершеннолетия, а документ, удостоверяющий его личность и позволяющий установить возраст, не представлен, продавец ОБЯЗАН отказать покупателю в продаже табачной продукции. В случае если очередь на кассе превышает 5 покупателей, кассир должен вызвать второго кассира, покупатель вправе сообщить о нарушении по горячей линии нашей сети 8-800-250-66-48 (звонок по России бесплатный).
