Крутые ребята делают крутые букеты из ягод! Заказывала 2 раза и оба раза на отлично качество, сервис и доставка в спецмашине с холодильником! Так мне еще никто не доставлял букеты

Сегодня потеряли и не сделали заранее оформленный и оплаченный заказ. И вместо признания своей вины, было сказано много слов «в этом нет ничего страшного, зачем эта нервотрёпка?». Безобразное, безответственное, наплевательское отношение к клиентам, их чувствам и обстоятельствам! Первый раз встречаю такое отношение!

Добрый вечер, вы не описали всю ситуацию полностью. Заказ был привезён уже через 3 часа, после выяснения обстоятельств и в качестве извинения сделали букет больше чем был заказан. Также проблему решили самостоятельно связавшись с получателем подарка. В итоге получатель остался счастлив. Ваш заказ был сделан и доставлен. Жаль, что вы остались недовольны.

Очень качественные букеты и хороший сервис у ребят. Доставка во время на машине с холодильником. Рекомендую тем кто любит оригинальные подарки!

Заказывала букет на свадьбу для племянницы. Хотя букет был недорогим относительно тех, что приносили другие гости на праздник, но взгляды ловил только мой букет. Все просили контакт этой организации и еще трое моих знакомых заказывали букет у VeryBerryLab. Все остались очень довольны и поэтому я решила написать здесь отзыв!
