Уровень обслуживания на уровне городской поликлиники с низким рейтингом Обратная связь отсутствует Индивидуальный подход отсутствует Инициативу необходимо проявлять иначе никто ничего не объяснит, поставят перед фактом. Врач эндоскопист не представляется, кто подходит кто ведет разговор кто делает процедуру стоит догадываться Бейдж отсутствует

Из всех клиник где я был это определённо лучшая. От сервиса на ресепе, до квалификации врачей эндоскопистов/диетологов и успокаивающего интерьера в самой клинике и вкусного чая. Узнал бы о ней полгода назад сразу бы пошел мимо всех остальных клиник. Спасибо вам большое еще вернусь на колоноскопию обязательно 🙏

Понравилось отношение персонала, врач порекомендовала хорошее лечение, но требуют делать лишние анализы «на всякий случай», которые абсолютно бесполезные, но дорогие, из за этого больше не пошла туда.
